By accessing or using FPL Universe (“we”, “our”, “us”, or the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Eligibility & Accounts
The Service is intended for users who are at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your region). If you create an account (when available), you are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activities under your account.
Permitted Use & Prohibited Conduct
- violate any applicable laws or regulations;
- scrape, harvest, or attempt to extract data in bulk without our written permission;
- interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers (e.g., rate-limit abuse, automated attacks);
- reverse engineer or attempt to access source code where not permitted;
- upload malicious code or engage in fraudulent activity.
Content & Intellectual Property
All site content, features, and functionality (including text, graphics, logos, and software) are owned by FPL Universe or its licensors and protected by applicable IP laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without express permission.
FANTASY PREMIER LEAGUE, the Premier League logo, team names, badges, and player images are property of their respective owners. FPL Universe is an independent fan project and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Premier League or any club.
Data, Estimates & No Professional Advice
Our tools, projections, and recommendations are for informational and entertainment purposes only. We do not guarantee accuracy or future performance. Nothing on the Service constitutes financial, betting, or professional advice. You are solely responsible for your decisions.
Advertising, Cookies & Third-Party Services
We display ads served by third-party vendors (including Google AdSense). These vendors may use cookies and similar technologies to show, measure, and improve ads. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FPL UNIVERSE AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, AND CONTRIBUTORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICE.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless FPL Universe from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Service.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Seoul, Republic of Korea, for any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service.
